    舞蹈编导是否具备优良的编导能力以及艺术素质,其在根本上关乎舞蹈本身的创新性与艺术性.进入新时期后,舞蹈编导能力正在逐渐受到关注.作为舞蹈编导来讲,作为编导人员有必要认识到创新精神对于舞蹈创编的重要价值所在.面对当前的全新环境,舞蹈编导人员有必要着眼于创新精神的全面增强,如此才能确保达到更优的舞蹈编导水平.
