Abstract：
随着职业教育的快速发展,人们逐渐意识到了高职大学生心理健康教育的重要性.高职作为培养专业技术人才的重要阵地,也在积极的探索干预学生心理健康的有效途径.本文主要是探讨了"互联网+"时代高职大学生心理健康保障机制的建设,并结合学生的实际情况提出相应的建议.
