    中国的法治建设不断推进,司法程序已经进入到正规化运行轨道,对社会稳定发展起到了一定的促进作用.网络时代,将网络技术应用于司法程序中,使得网络证据保全公证更为复杂,各种问题也随之出现了.这就需要对该问题充分认识,并采取有效措施解决.本论文针对网络证据保全公证过程中保护隐私权问题展开研究.
