    近年来,我国市场经济的发展,在全球化浪潮的冲击下,不断发展和完善.在这种形势下,工商管理也将面临着重要的挑战.工商管理是对企业内部行为进行分析与指导,有效的开展企业生产经营活动,有利于推动企业经济健康稳定地发展.文中通过对我国企业工商管理的现状分析,针对当前工商管理存在的问题,提出有效的改进措施,并对我国企业工商管理的发展做出思考.
