    Abstract：

    在初中数学教学中,培养学生反思能力是素质教育的新要求,也就是在教学中培养学生发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力.根据当前的课程改革要求,初中数学教学需要,注重学生反思能力的提升,并且有效提高数学教学效率.在此过程中,需要教师对教学方法进行优化和创新,并对学生反思能力培养问题进行探讨,并以此为基础寻求高校教学策略.
