    后进生,是学生中最需要关怀的一个特殊群体,转化后进生是教育工作中的一个难题.在教育词典中对"后进生"是这样定义的:在班级中经常违反道德原则,或者犯有严重过错的学生.他们常常表现为思想觉悟低,不遵守纪律,不能完成学习任务等等.
