Abstract：
教师考核评价机制是否客观、公正对教师工作热情的发挥有着一定的影响,而且还关系着教师队伍的建设.基于此,文章立足农村初中教师,简述了教师考核评价机制的建设,并对教师考核评价机制进行了深入研究,以希望在科学考核机制下,从根本上提升教师的教学能力和专业素养,推动教师的全面成长和发展.
