Abstract：
《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》明确指出:"注重因材施教,关注学生的不同特点和个性差异,发展学生的优势潜能,促进学生的个性化发展[1]."新课标提出"教学活用信息化"理念,以信息技术做支撑发展小学生个性化符合新时代要求.本文从信息技术发展小学生个性化学习理念、个性化学习方法、个性化教学课堂、个性化习题布置、个性化评价等来有效落实小学生的个性化发展,以供参考.
