Abstract：
小学阶段学生心理特点为自主意识较强,这个时候学生自身内心相对比较敏感,无法对事物进行正确的认识.对于小学高年级学生而言,班主任是对其进行管理以及引导的人,当班主任在对学生进行引导的过程中,经常会使用说教式的方式,这种方式令学生十分反感,面对这种情况,老师要针对学生的实际情况,采取对应的教育方式,提升德育教育的质量,推动学生思想道德的进步.
