    在当今知识经济时代，一个国家要在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地，必须靠高素质的人才，高素质的人才应该有强烈的爱国精神、高尚的道德情操、高雅的审美情趣、良好的思维品质、健全的心理素质以及强劲而持久的创新能力，要达到上述目的，教师的素质、品质、教育手段等就显得尤为重要。
