Abstract：
在高中历史学习过程中,对元认知理念的应用,能够丰富学生对自身的元认知的体验,让学生的自主学习能力有效提升.在相应的高中历史课自主学习实践过程中,教师需要对学生的自主学习能力予以考察,帮助学生对自己的自主学习能力所具有的特点有所认知,及时按照元认知理论监控、调整,并且能够在元认知监控下优化学习方式,在学习过程中予以持续的应用.
