    班主任是班级集体生活的组织者,班级文化的建设者,是班级教学、教育工作的协调者.对于二手班主任来说,如何在有限的时间内,改善班级顽疾,树立良好班风,需要班主任充分发挥自己的教育智慧.组织学生自主分组,制定积分综合评定制度是我这几年总结的比较有效的方法,对班级文化建设能有很大帮助.
