Abstract：
粮食链的可持续性是消费者、决策者、研究人员、食品生产商和供应商越来越感兴趣的问题.作为现代食品行业典型的全球化食品链的替代品,短粮食供应链倡议的大量发展也证实了这种兴趣.然而,虽然短粮食供应链近年来不断发展壮大,但物流仍是影响其绩效的一个具有挑战性的问题,因而本文围绕着运输,消费者旅行,食品包装等三个方面深入分析了物流对短粮食供应链的影响.
