Abstract：
随着我国教育制度的不断更新,对素质教育要求越来越严格,相反,学生的身体素质教育相对薄弱.在线在高职院校中,大部分的教学形式内容都和新时代教育理念相冲突,与之背道而驰.拓展训练作为一种新形式,将拓展训练引入到高职体育教学过程中,不仅可以改变现在的教学模式,还能促进学生全面发展,提高学生对体育运动的兴趣,从而改变高职体育教学模式.
