    图形作为符号的典型代表,是传达信息的重要载体,具体代表或是指向某一种事物.在平面设计中对图形符号进行应用,具有不可替代的作用.图形符号自身具有一定的象征意义,有助于增强平面设计的意识艺术性和生动性,在凸显出平面设计个性化特征的同时,能够增强平面设计的原创性.
