    一个中学生的成长和发展,不仅是由其自然实体所决定,更重要的是由其所处的生活条件、社会环境和所受的教育程度所决定的.在中学生中,由于种种原因,总会出现一些品德不良的后进生,他们虽然为数不多,但不能因其少而忽视或放弃.而欲矫正他们的不良品行,就不能不对他们的心理特点和存在不良品德行为的原因进行分析,才能针对性地对其进行矫正与心理辅导.
