Abstract：
高职院校学生档案管理工作中也要注重实现数字化,积极引进现代先进的数字化、信息化技术.在对信息数字化的认知过程中,高校档案管理人员应该不断提升自身的综合能力、操作能力,更好、更快地适应数字化、信息化时代下的学生档案管理工作的要求,提升学生档案管理工作的整体质量.基于此,本文主要分析了高职院校学生档案管理存在的问题及对策.
