Abstract：
随着小学数学教学的发展,当前培养学生数学核心素养成了小学数学教学中的一个要求,在这样的背景下,传统的作业设计方式已经不符合当前小学数学教学的发展需求,作为小学数学教师必须懂得如何对作业进行分层设计,这样才能让所有学生得到良好的发展.
