Abstract：

随着新世纪的到来,知识经济日渐突出.国内的教育在培养思想上,过于倾向知识的传输,缺少对学生个性的关注,这就很难培养学生的创新能力.在课改深化的背景下,传统的教学正在发生改变,教育工作的重心也出现了转移,教师更加重视学生人格的塑造.因此,为了有效地实现这一教学目标,则需要教师激发学生的学习兴趣.
