Abstract：
2019年高考前夕,两起"高考移民"事件的通报引发人们热议.什么是高考移民?高考移民是否合法?本文将对"高考移民""教育公平"等基本概念进行解读,并从移民类型和移民途径两个角度,大致介绍我国高考移民的现状,接着从经济发展、录取分数线差异和招生制度三个角度分析其产生的内在原因.最后从高考制度改革和教育公平的根源上进行思考,希望提出一些具有可实施性的策略.
