Abstract：
产后抑郁症是产妇常见的心理疾病,其病因未明确且检出率低,使得产后抑郁症不易被早期发现,往往在产妇出现疾病症状后才被发现.近年来各级医疗机构在产检中增加了心理评估的项目,但是仍缺乏针对性,本文从时间角度综合分析引起产后抑郁症的生物学、心理学和社会学等影响因素,旨在探究预测产后抑郁症的因素,为产后抑郁症预警模型的开发提供参考.
