Abstract：
我们常说父母是孩子的第一任老师，但是对于年轻的爸爸妈妈们来说，都是第一次作为一个"老师"来面对孩子们，"新手老师"在教育孩子的过程中，往往会出现一些理论上的不足或是经验技巧方面的缺乏。在这样的情况下，孩子与父母的关系会出现很多的问题。沟通对于建立良好的亲子关系有着重要的作用。正是这样的重要性，促使家长们需要不断地了解沟通的方式，学习沟通技巧，掌握沟通的方法。
