    教师是小学教育的重要组成部分，教师的综合素质直接决定了学生的长远发展，对于学校的可持续发展也有着直接的影响。为了能够打造优质的教师团队，学校应对教师开展校本培训，使教师的综合能力实现发展。在本文中，笔者将从实践入手，探索在小学学校中如何针对教师开展校本培训。
