Abstract：
在我国，大部分道德与法治相关教科书的教学内容的中心思想都以儿童为主，主要内容都是与德育、学习与生活有关的，其中不乏我国较为优秀的传统文化与当代社会主义核心价值观。在教材中涵盖了许多插图和趣味故事，这种有趣的内容都比较符合学生在这一阶段的特殊身心特点所以，作为教师，可以在课堂上利用故事教学法教授道德教育与法律教学的相关内容，提高课堂趣味性，唤起学生的学习兴趣。
