    Abstract：

    在中学教育教学管理中，“师生沟通”发挥着非常大的作用，对管理目标实现以及工作质量的提升有直接影响。当前，在我国中学教育教学管理中，“师生沟通”方面还存在着很多问题。本文即对这些问题展开了深入分析，并制定了良好的“师生沟通”对策，希望可以为管理目标的实现提供帮助。
