    Abstract：

    写作历来都是语文学科的教学重点与难点，在初中阶段尤其如此，所以每个教师都需要着重在写作教学工作中花费大量精力，不断革新实际教学行为。具体以初中生为对象进行写作教学工作的时候，各任课教师就有必要基于有效反思慢慢发现自身教学中的不足，进而针对性引入小组合作等科学有效措施，最大程度挖掘其价值与作用，提高写作教学质量，推动学生语文作文水平稳步提升。
