Abstract：
家庭作业是数学课堂的延伸，通过家庭作业的合理设计与评价，能够帮助学生巩固课堂中学习到的数学知识，锻炼与发展学生的数学知识运用能力。但就目前来讲，一些小学教师所布置的数学家庭作业形式单一，评价不够科学，导致家庭作业的效能得不到发挥。针对这种情况，小学数学教师需及时转变思维观念，创新家庭作业设计与评价模式。
