职中英语分层次教学之我见

Abstract：

针对职高生源的特点，依据素质教育的要求，在承认学生个体差异的基础上，有必要实施分层次英语教学。使英语教学真正做到以人为本、因材施教，充分唤起学生的主动参与，促进每一位学生的持续发展，让不同层次的学生通过一定的努力获得成功的喜悦，收到良好的教学效果，为培养多规格、多层次的人才提供有效措施。
