    近年来，素质教育成为社会焦点内容，培养学生的创新能力，也成为小学数学教学任务的重中之重，在新课程改革背景下，促进小学生的全面综合发展，是所有教育工作者的前进方向。鉴于小学数学课堂教学中仍存在诸多问题，对此展开深度剖析刻不容缓，本文将以此为中心，分析研究培养创新能力的具体措施及方法，希望能为小学数学教学工作增添新动力、打开新局面。
