小班化的教学是更加精致的教学，更加优质的教学。在现阶段的语文课堂教学中，对小班化教学探索的关键，就是对学生学习方式的转变。通过建设更加开放、更加自主的课堂，为学生提供更多的实践和合作机会，增加学生课堂参与的积极主动性，提高小学语文课堂的教学高效性。
