    Abstract：

    随着社会不断的发展，中职学校也越发的重视校企之间的合作，是职业教学改革的新方向。职业教育一直都是我国教育行业的重要组成部分，为经济建设培养一些高技能人才。目前大学生就业困难等问题更加凸显出来职业学校毕业生懂技术的办学优势，在培养的过程中不断的进行创新和改革，其主要的形式就是通过校企合作的方式进行后续更有效的培养。
