Abstract：

近年来我国电力行业得到了非常迅速的发展，电力建设工程项目的数量也随之增加。但是在电力建设工程项目开展过程中还会受到多种外界因素的干扰，也就需要相关电力建设部门能够进一步强化自身的质量管理水平，保质保量的完成电力项目建设工作，本文主要就电力建设工程项目的质量管理跟优化对策进行了探究分析。
