Abstract：
少年儿童组织与思想意识教育专业所培养的研究生，未来将成为理论、科研、应用的复合型人才。其实践反思能力的缺失，势必造成理论与实践脱节、实践能力不足、批判性思维能力较弱等困境。本文从研究生培养中实践反思能力的重要性、实践反思能力的培养路径上探索如何在研究生培养中增强实践反思能力的建设。
