    Abstract：

    学生之间存在的差异是客观存在的，这一点是借助统一化的教育所无法消除的，我们只能尽量满足学生的不同需求，从而缩小这种差异。分层导引就是以学生的差异化需求为基础，采用不同的方式，深浅不一地对他们进行引导，从而消除个别学生的难题，使教学活动顺利向前推进。
