    Abstract：

    近年，体育学科作为加快推进素质教育进程步伐的重要学科其作用也愈发突出，尤其在高中阶段，对缓解学生学习压力、增强学生身体素质等方面意义重大。为此，高中体育教学应当积极培养学生体育意识，教师加以引导，发现现存不足并探寻解决策略，让学生养成良好锻炼习惯。
