浅析《劳动合同法》的现实意义

Abstract：

随着我国经济形势的变化，虚拟经济内在的波动性已经显现。虚拟经济的泡沫正在被挤破。而实体经济是虚拟经济赖以发展的基石。企业是实体经济的重要组成部分。《劳动合同法》有利于构建企业和劳动者的和谐劳动关系。通过《劳动合同法》，劳动者有了维权意识，而企业也意识到违法成本。
