    随着我国教育事业的不断发展与教育体系的逐步建立健全，高中教师以及学生家长越来越重视高中生的全面发展，因此高中体育课程的重要性正在不断提高。分层教学法作为当下时兴的教学方法之一，有着其独特的优势，高中体育老师应当改变传统观念，合理运用分层教学法进行高中体育课程教学教学，提好整体教学质量。
