    目前，在高校管理工作中，学生管理工作就是最基础的工作，其实际成效会直接影响到高校的办学水平与办学质量的提升。基于此，本文就以治理理论为基础，简单探究了地方师范院校学生管理工作的路径，以供相关同仁参考借鉴。
