    普通高中的学生之所以会形成一定规模数量的后进生，往往受到自身、家庭、学校以及社会等多因素的影响，尤其是手机、网络、游戏的兴起，现在普通中学出现越来越多的后进生，如何转化和教育好他们是我们作为教育工作者必须备受关注的问题。
