    Abstract：

    本文对广东仲元中学女生的体育锻炼的态度、目的和动机、项目选择、参与形式等进行调查研究并得出了有接近三分之一的女生对体育的态度是模糊不清或消极的，这是不合理的；女生参加体育锻炼的动机大部分是积极的，但也有部分女生的动机是不深刻的，是为了应付体育达标考试；有少部分科任老师经常占用体育课的时间，忽视了体育课的作用等的结论，并提出建议。
