    现行的《小学英语课程标准》已经明确将发展学生的听、说、读、写能力看成是本课程的基本任务之一，需要切实关注学生自身的交际行为，让学生活用英语知识。因此，小学英语教师也要积极响应课改号召，有效培养学生的口语交际能力。本文将客观分析小学英语教师如何才能有序提升学生的口语交际能力，让学生主动开口说英语，使其形成跨国际交际能力，让学生因此爱上英语，自主学习英语知识。
