    Abstract：

    正所谓“亲其师，信其道”。“没有爱就没有教育”。然而老师对学生的爱是需要智慧的。我们要如何做一个懂爱的教师，我想：爱学生，具体地说，就是对待学生要公平和尊重，理解和信任，欣赏和激励学生。公平和尊重是爱的基石，理解和信任是爱的台阶，欣赏和鼓励是爱的桥梁。
