    Abstract：

    人文教育可以帮助学生健康的成长，同时还可以帮助学生适应社会的发展。因此，教师在高职体育教学中，应该渗透更多的人文教育。所以需要高职体育教师在人文教育的价值和内涵上，分析怎样在体育教学中显现学生的主体地位，构建和谐的师生关系。利用人文教育和个体引导的方式来有效的促进和融合体育教学与人文教育，帮助学生促进身心健康的良好发展。
