    在高职院校中就要从做好实践性人才培养工作入手，以就业为导向，帮助学生从理论上升到实践层面上。通过以就业为导向，不仅可以完善教学模式，同时也可以满足学生的发展需求。因此在高职院校中需要从具体情况出发，打造出全新的体育教学模式，为体育教学顺利开展奠定基础。
