    本文以国有企业子公司财务监管探索分析为主要内容进行阐述，结合当下财务监管方面存在的问题为主要依据，从构建财务委派机制，强化财务人员管理力度；强化监督意识，追求投资回报；明确产权关系，便于区分权利义务这几方面进行深入探讨和分析，其目的在于提升国有企业子公司财务监管力度，实现对子公司资产的管理，减少经济损失的同时，推动国企的发展，旨在为相关研究提供参考资料。
