    Abstract：

    线性代数是各理工科高校开设的一门基础必修课，在生物信息学算法开发和数据分析中有着广泛应用。本文章结合生物信息学专业特点，提出通过明确教学目标，增设实验课，丰富专业相关教学实例和线上线下多元化教学形式，将有助于学生理解线性代数在生物信息学中的应用，激发学生的学习兴趣，培养学生的创新思维和解决实际问题的能力，提高生物信息学专业的线性代数课程教学质量。
