    Abstract：

    房地产经济发展与人们住房需求、国家政策调控、房地产附属产业发展等具有密切相关的联系。在我国经济迅猛发展的新时期，房地产行业之间的竞争愈加激烈，加之一些外贸施工企业进驻中国市场，这也间接导致了影响房地产经济波动的因素相继出现，在此背景下，房地产经济出现波动已然屡见不鲜。房地产经济波动这一问题需要引起国家以及社会的普遍重视，找出原因，归纳应对措施是房地产经济平稳健康发展的当务之急。
