高职工匠精神与“双创”人才培养模式探究

Abstract：

随着社会经济的发展，我国高校“双创”教育正在不断发展探究。为对创新创业类型学生做出更好的道路指引，高校要重视就业问题，以此为引导；加强学生的职业素养，为企业提供技术技能型、应用型人才；并且进行基于“工匠精神”的高校人才培养研究，不断地创新与发展。从而加强学生创新创业能力，推动区域与高校的发展。
