Abstract：

小学阶段是学习习惯的养成阶段，也是夯实基础的关键阶段。阅读是小学语文教学的重中之重。现阶段不少语文教师都十分重视小学语文的课内阅读与课外阅读，并且在不断探索着课内阅读与课外阅读有效衔接的教学路径。在不同发展阶段，教师需要结合学生认知发展需求加强知识衔接，确保学生能够适应下一阶段学习需求。
