    学生的心理状态发展对学生的学习积极性，起着比较重要的作用，作为一个班主任，除了教学之外主要的工作就是管理学生的日常，本文以我亲身经历的事情描述了在管理工作用感情来感化学生，进而对学生品格及品德培养起到的帮助，以及对学生的激励作用。
